We at Finds Pick are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 3 days of receiving the returned items. Please review the following refund policy details:

Eligibility for Refund:

• To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
• Refunds are applicable only for items returned within 3 days from the date you received them.

Refund Process:

• To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team at sell@findspick.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Non-refundable Items:

• Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods
• Customized or personalized items may also not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
